Description
Ipamorelin is a pentapeptide growth hormone secretagogue that acts as a selective agonist of the ghrelin receptor (GHS-R1a). What distinguishes it from earlier GHRPs such as GHRP-2 and GHRP-6 is its selectivity: research shows it stimulates growth hormone release with minimal effect on cortisol, prolactin or appetite, which is why it is often described as the mildest and cleanest compound in its class. Because it works through the ghrelin pathway rather than the GHRH receptor, it is commonly paired with a GHRH analogue such as CJC-1295 in study protocols exploring synergistic GH release. Supplied as a sterile lyophilized powder for reconstitution, this vial is intended exclusively for laboratory research and collector purposes.
