Description
CJC-1295 is a synthetic analogue of growth-hormone-releasing hormone (GHRH) based on the modified GRF (1-29) fragment. Four amino-acid substitutions protect it from enzymatic degradation, and the Drug Affinity Complex (DAC) allows the molecule to bind reversibly to serum albumin — extending its half-life from minutes to several days. In research models this produces a sustained elevation of growth hormone and IGF-1 while preserving the natural pulsatile release pattern, rather than flooding the system with exogenous hormone. It is frequently studied alongside a ghrelin-receptor agonist such as Ipamorelin, since the two act on complementary pathways. Supplied as a sterile lyophilized powder for reconstitution, this vial is intended exclusively for laboratory research and collector purposes.
