Description
Bacteriostatic Water for Injection USP is sterile water containing 0.9% benzyl alcohol as a bacteriostatic preservative. The preservative is what makes the vial multidose: unlike plain sterile water, it inhibits bacterial growth, so the same vial can be drawn from repeatedly over roughly four weeks. It is the standard diluent for reconstituting lyophilized peptides such as BPC-157, TB-500, CJC-1295, Ipamorelin and Melanotan 2 — add the required volume slowly down the inner wall of the vial and swirl gently rather than shaking, so the peptide is not denatured. Supplied in a 10 ml amber multidose vial, sold separately from any compound and intended exclusively for laboratory research and collector purposes.
